Sticker

In my first trip to Pakistan in 2009, I was inspired by the Pakistani buses and their windows which I believe represent the real life of the people in Pakistan regardless of politics. I started this project in 2009 and finished it in 2011, during my second trip to Karachi for a residency program at Vasl Artists’ Association. Each work is a collage of a Pakistani buses’ window and a well-known Pakistani politicians’ portrait.
