Captain Mehdi
The cars passing by Almas, traveler’s curious looks passing by the ship, children stealthily entering the ship, and the old man making tea in the ship cabin…
People, who made the ship long ago, never suspected that their product would finally make a devoted comrade of an old Captain, a companion of his lonely times.
Many years ago Almas was declared worn out and out of order and Seyyed Mehdi’s struggles for repair and reuse of it were all in vain. Thus to the passersby, Almas turned to a curious floating hut sheltering an old man, but the old Captain’s nightmare finally came true. Almas was sent to the iron foundry to be recycled. The exhausted Almas does not welcome Seyyed Mehdi anymore.
But Seyyed Mehdi, without Almas, will he?
